INGREDIENTS
1 tsp Garlic powder
1 tsp Onion flakes or 1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp Oregano
1 tsp Paprika
1 tbsp Chili powder
1 tsp ground Cumin
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp Red Pepper flakes
1/4 tsp Salt
DIRECTIONS
Add all ingredients in bowl
Mix
Use immediately or store in bottle

Application:
If you’re short on time and need something fast for lunch or dinner.
Cut some steak, chicken breast, tofu, or tempeh into pieces.
Add some oil to a frying pan, I use cooking spray.
Toss in the protein and sprinkle about a tablespoon on top, sauté and serve with some rice, tortillas, on top of salad, or with veggies.
