This is a quick favorite in our home. The best part is, it’s a great activity to include the little ones. They can lay out their own tortilla, spread the sauce, and add their own toppings.
I love this for toddlers because the tortillas are easier to chew than normal pizza crust. I use a slicer to make bite-sized pieces.
You can use store-bought spaghetti sauce or I have a recipe for pizza sauce here, but spaghetti sauce works just fine. I like to use an immersion blender in the sauce to pulverize the chunky pieces so it feels more like pizza sauce, but it’s up to you and what you think the children will eat.

Tortillas (any size you like)
Spaghetti Sauce
Mozzarella Cheese
Topping Ideas:
Pepperoni (cut slices)
Onions (diced small)
Mushrooms (diced small)
DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 300
Spread sauce on tortillas, sprinkle cheese, add toppings
Put in oven for about 10 minutes.
Let cool and serve
